Melton Mowbray Sloe Gin

Appearance:

Clear, pale, pink rose.

Nose:

Light/medium nose with scents of juniper, citrus fruits and some floral notes.

Palette:

Full bodied and warming on the palette with a medium sweetness. The gin gently pushed its way to the front here; a nice change. Pronounced Juniper, citrus fruits and floral notes with a short finish.

Overall:

Each member of the panel commented on how the gin pushed through yet the sloe gin was still sweet overall. Well rounded overall; the panel enjoyed the pronounced flavours.
