Hayman's Sloe Gin

Appearance:

Clear amber and copper.

Nose:

Medium nose with aromas of almond complemented by sweet and fruity undertones.

Palette:

Off-dry to medium. A warming sloe gin; the panel found a complex mixture of flavours including almond and botanicals. Long and warming finish.

Overall:

This sloe gin was well balanced overall and enjoyed across the panel.
